NFL Sunday Ticket Comes to DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS Through New Agreement With EverPass

NFL Sunday Ticket Comes to DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS Through New Agreement With EverPass
July 31, 2026

Groove Technology Solutions works with DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS to bring premium entertainment to the properties we serve, and that lineup just got even better. DIRECTV has reached a new multi-year agreement with EverPass Media, naming DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS the Preferred National Distributor for NFL Sunday Ticket and other EverPass products and services. The agreement takes effect with the 2026 NFL season and gives commercial properties more ways to access out-of-market NFL games through both satellite and streaming.

For Groove customers, this means one more reason to trust a single provider for entertainment, connectivity, and support. Groove installs, manages, and supports DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS across hotels, senior living communities, and other commercial properties nationwide, and this agreement expands what that service can deliver.

What the DIRECTV EverPass Agreement Says

Under the new agreement, DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS becomes the sales, marketing, and commercial distribution partner for NFL Sunday Ticket, with and without NFL RedZone. DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS also becomes EverPass’ Preferred National Distributor for its streaming platforms across the United States.

Properties can access every out-of-market Sunday afternoon regular-season NFL game, delivered through a platform Groove already installs, monitors, and supports. Existing NFL Sunday Ticket customers do not need to take any action. Properties that subscribed for the 2025-2026 season will automatically renew for 2026-2027.

Why This Matters for Hotels

Guests plan trips, choose hotels, and book extended stays around live sports, and Sunday afternoons during football season carry real weight for occupancy and guest satisfaction. A hotel that can offer every out-of-market NFL game gives guests a reason to book a room, extend a stay, or gather in a lobby bar or lounge instead of heading elsewhere to watch the game.

Groove already builds and supports the technology ecosystem hotels depend on, including Wi-Fi, phone systems, and DIRECTV programming, all through one provider and one point of accountability. Adding expanded NFL Sunday Ticket access keeps that quality ongoing. Hotel operators do not need a separate vendor, a separate contract, or a separate point of contact. Groove handles installation, account management, and support, so hotel teams can focus on their guests instead of their TV programming.

Benefits Across Other Industries

Hotels stand to gain a lot from this agreement, but other properties Groove serves benefit as well.

  • Senior living communities – Residents and their families often gather around televised sports on weekends, and expanded NFL Sunday Ticket access gives communities another way to build shared, social moments for residents.
  • Multifamily and MDU properties – Community rooms, clubhouses, and shared amenity spaces become stronger draws when residents can watch their teams without leaving the property.
  • Commercial and government properties – Break rooms, common areas, and public-facing spaces gain another entertainment option that supports employee and visitor experience.
