Groove Technology Solutions Internet Services Terms of Service

By connecting to Groove Technology Solutions (“Provider”) Internet services (including Wi-Fi services), you (“the User”) are acknowledging you have read and understood the following information, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.


The Provider’s Internet service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Technical support is limited to Provider equipment only during business hours. Any changes to resident or guest equipment or software are solely the responsibility of the User to ensure the system or equipment used is compatible with services offered by the Provider. The Provider does not guarantee the availability or speed of the internet service, which may vary.

The User’s wireless-enabled device uses radio transmissions to access the internet service. If your device is not in range of a transmission signal the internet service will not work. The availability and quality of the internet service may be affected by many things, including the device, network capacity, network or Internet congestion, server speeds of websites, network outages, network management policies, terrain, buildings, foliage, weather, actions of third parties, proximity to access points, or other similar issues.

The Provider does not control content made available on the Internet by third parties, however, the Provider may block, remove, filter, or restrict access to content and systems that, at the Provider’s discretion, is deemed inappropriate, is unsafe, violates the terms of this agreement or for any other reason.

The User accepts responsibility for any minor children in the User’s care using the Provider services provided to guests, including but not limited to the Internet service(s) and television.

The User agrees not to use the Provider’s Internet service(s) for any purpose that is unlawful or otherwise prohibited. The User is fully responsible for the User’s access to systems and content made available on the Internet and/or the television.

By using the Provider’s Internet service(s), the User agrees not to: (a) transmit data or materials that contain viruses and/or code designed to interrupt services, destroy, limit the use of or seek to ransom computer equipment, software, or telecommunications equipment; (b) transmit data or materials that infringe on the copyright, trademark or intellectual property of Provider or others; (c) transmit data or materials that are harassing, defamatory, libelous, obscene, or attacking the race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or physical attributes of any person; (d) use equipment and services for excessive transfer of data; (e) impersonate any person, or entity, or misrepresent User’s affiliation with any person or entity for any purpose; or (f) conduct any activities that are criminal in nature.

Access to the Provider’s Internet service(s) is provided as a convenience and is not intended for business use. The User agrees to hold the Provider harmless for any loss by the User of business or commerce associated with using the Provider’s Internet service(s) or any failure of the Provider’s network. The User agrees to release and hold harmless the Provider for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages suffered by the User and/or suffered to the User’s computer hardware, software, or telecommunications equipment resulting from the use or failure of the Provider’s Internet service(s).

Access to the Provider’s Internet service(s) may be blocked, suspended, or terminated at any time, for any reason, at the discretion of the Provider, without prior notice. Any Provider Internet service(s) advertised or represented to be available to Users may be rescinded, modified, or suspended by the Provider without notice or liability to the User. The Provider may limit the number of devices the User may use to connect to the internet service, and the Provider may limit the number of devices that can be connected simultaneously to the internet serivce. Devices will automatically be disconnected from the internet service after extended periods of inactivity.

While the Provider takes efforts to respect the privacy of the User, the Provider cannot guarantee privacy. Data is collected in the form of logs for maintenance purposes, performance, and system security requirements. The Provider may also monitor usage for security or other lawful purposes. The Provider will provide this information, without notification to the User, upon request by law enforcement in aiding investigation of suspected criminal activity or civil disputes or in situations where the Provider is acting in good faith to prevent harm to others or violations of the law.

The Provider is not liable for any damage, injury, undesired resource usage, or detrimental effects that may occur to a User’s device and/or software while the User’s device is attached to the Provider’s Internet service(s), and the Provider waives any such liability. The User is responsible for any damages resulting from actions taken from or through User’s device or communications, whether intentional or unintentional, foreseen or unforeseen, that damage or otherwise affect other devices, services or Users of the Provider’s Internet service(s). The User hereby releases the Provider from liability and agrees to be solely responsible for any loss, damage, security infringement, or injury which the User may sustain as a result of being allowed access to the Provider’s Internet service(s). The User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the Provider, including its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, and authorized agents (individually and collectively, “Provider Indemnitees”) harmless from and against any and all demands, claims, suits, judgments, expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorney or witness fees), loss, damages to, or destruction of personal, real, or intellectual property, bodily injury or death of any person, and other liabilities arising from the User’s use or attempted use of the internet service. Your obligation to indemnify the Provider survives User’s use of the internet service and termination of the User’s access to the internet service.

The Provider reserves the right to change these internet Terms of Service at any time by amending the online version located at https://www.getgrooven.com/wifi-terms. The User’s continued use of the internet service following any change to these Terms of Service constitutes the User’s acceptance of and consent to such change and its agreement to be bound to the Terms of Service as so modified.
