If you ask the Utah Business survey about Groove they will tell you there is a history of happy employees and a brag worthy work environment. Those surveys, of thousands of employees, will lead you to believe that Groove was voted one of the best companies to work for in 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023. We are not sure what happened in 2020, but we think we either added a ping pong table or removed one, but it’s all a matter of being able to evolve with the needs of our employees.
