Always striving to provide its residents with the best in integrated technology solutions, Regius Square looked to create a contrast between multiple technology solutions with a completely integrated singular system along with a modern feel.
Solution
Groove Technology Solutions came in with a clear directive: to integrate various existing technologies at Regius Square with new components of smart living technology to create one fully integrated, seamless solution, to make life easier for both residents and property management. After a full technology audit and an in-depth collaboration with property leadership and management, Groove delivered:
- Della OS and resident app to unify system management
- Managed Wi-Fi
- Keyless smart locks
- Video surveillance with around-the-clock monitoring
- Integration with existing Butterfly video entry system
- Parcel pending package management system integration

Integral to the project was the adoption of the Della OS property management system. This innovative platform enabled the consolidation of 20 previously disjointed software systems into a single, integrated solution used by both residents and staff. Newly added technologies—including Dormakaba smart locks, Interel smart thermostats, and PDK access control systems—were unified alongside existing systems like ButterflyMX and Parcel Pending into one convenient resident app.
