Last updated: July 11, 2025

At Groove Technology Solutions (“Groove”), we stand behind the quality of our technology solutions and the service we deliver. That’s why we offer The Groove Guarantee, which is our commitment to doing things right, and making things right if we fall short.

What’s Covered

The Groove Guarantee applies to eligible services delivered and supported by Groove Technology Solutions. We stand behind our commitment to complete every project on time, on scope, on budget, and with ongoing support after installation. Our Guarantee includes:

  • Project Delivery
We guarantee that your project will be delivered according to the agreed timeline, scope, and budget, so there are no surprises.
  • Professional Installation
All installations performed by Groove technicians will meet industry standards and manufacturer specifications. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—at no additional cost.
  • Reliable Performance
Systems installed by Groove will perform as designed when used as intended and properly maintained.
  • Ongoing Support
Our team will continue to support your system after installation with timely, responsive service. If we fall short, we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

What’s Not Covered

The Groove Guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, loss/theft, customer negligence, or unauthorized modifications
  • Performance issues resulting from third-party products not provided or installed by Groove
  • Network interruptions or performance degradation due to external factors beyond Groove’s control (e.g., power outages, ISP issues, provider caused issues)
  • Customer-requested changes outside the original scope of work

Eligibility

The Groove Guarantee applies to:

  • Technology systems and services sold, installed, and supported directly by Groove Technology Solutions
  • Clients with an active contract (and not in default for nonpayment)

How to Submit a Guarantee Claim

To report an issue under The Groove Guarantee:

  1. Email [email protected].
  2. Provide a description of the issue, your service location, and relevant project details
  3. If applicable, a technician will be dispatched or remote support will be provided to diagnose and resolve the issue

Resolution Process

  • Groove will evaluate the issue and determine whether it qualifies under the Guarantee
  • If eligible, Groove will remedy the issue at no cost to the client
  • If the issue falls outside of Guarantee coverage, we’ll provide an explanation and service quote if needed

Limitations of Liability

Groove’s total liability under The Groove Guarantee is limited to the repair, replacement, or reinstallation of the affected system or service originally provided. Under no circumstances will Groove be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, business interruption, or data loss.

Modifications

Groove reserves the right to modify The Groove Guarantee Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of service will govern any claims related to that service.

Disclaimer

The Groove Guarantee is not a substitute for manufacturer warranties, ongoing service contracts, or service-level agreements. It is a goodwill commitment extended by Groove Technology Solutions to ensure a high standard of delivery and support but only applies when Groove is directly responsible for a failure to meet project expectations.

Specifically, this Guarantee applies only when a project or service fails to be delivered on time, on scope, or on budget, or does not meet our published support standards, due to an error, omission, or failure on Groove’s part. In the event of conflict between the language in this Groove Guarantee and an existing Groove service (or other) agreement (“Agreement”), the language in the Agreement(s) will prevail (at Groove’s sole election).

It does not apply to delays, cost overruns, or issues resulting from:

  • Client-requested changes or delays
  • Third-party vendors or partners
  • External dependencies or force majeure events
  • Site access restrictions, infrastructure conditions, or non-compliance with prerequisites

This Guarantee does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, or events outside of Groove’s control. Use of Groove services constitutes acceptance of these terms and all related limitations of liability.
